About Us
Welcome to our oh so magnificent site! We have a lot of information about early inventions which helped society move forward to today. Our site includes details about the many famous people we can thank for all of those crazy inventions, a timeline to help you better understand the dates of when these awesome things were created, visual learning to help educate your eyes, and also a just for fun section. This site was designed by a group of sophomore students from a Minnesota high school eager to learn about the people, who thanks to their early advancements in technology, we now have iPods, computers, cell phones, etc. The group will be graduating in 2011. Derek plans on attending the University of Minnesota Crookston, to become a cancer research scientist. Alli plans on attending the University of Minnesota, St. Paul to become a veteranarian. Roth would like to attend Saint Mary's in Winona to be involved in the criminal justice program. Daniela is a foreign exchange student from Columbia, and is currently loving being in the US of A. Sebastian plans on attending WTC to become a science and technology manager.
Purpose of this Site
This site was created because we have such a passion and desire to help educate those out there who are also interested in learning about our history of inventions and they have helped us today with so many things as in computers for research, phones for communication, planes for transportation, and so much more. We also created this site because it was given to us for an assignment worth a lot of points and we really want to get a good grade on it but mostly for the purpose of educating all of those younger viewers out there who are just as interested as we are :-)
